Platform Education & Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced educator to lead our education and training programs. The ideal candidate is a results-driven educator with experience building training programs for software companies. You have a passion for designing and delivering impactful and engaging educational materials.
Responsibilities
- Make learning to build, develop, and analyze models in our simulation platform easy.
- Develop educational materials for our simulation platform. This includes user guides, tutorials, online courses, and in-person training materials.
- Lead online and in-person training sessions.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions with colleges, universities, and professional organizations.
- Produce a library of online training materials, including tutorials, videos, and walkthroughs.
- Work with documentation software to generate and maintain visually appealing online documentation and educational materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technical writing, video production, or education training is required. Equivalent industry experience will be considered in lieu of education.
- 5+ years of experience teaching and creating educational materials, including video productions and online training.
- Experienced creating training materials for scientific research, data analytics, or other complex data-driven problem spaces.
- Ability to build a project from the ground up.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including being able to craft engaging user stories, and to convey complex topics simply.
